The Goods
An upgrade from a classic, the first flavor you taste is strawberry that transitions to a gentle lavender finish. The Tellicherry peppercorns give little pops of heat with each bite to make for a much more memorable and creative culinary experience.
Use this as an accompaniment to any protein you can think of, and especially on charcuterie boards. It can be a glaze for wings or a sweet garnish for steak or salmon. The jam can serve as the foundation for a salad dressing, or even in a vodka or gin cocktail.

Growing up, my mom would put out a block of cream cheese covered in jam or some spread, and wheat thins to go with it. This is exactly the jam you need to recreate that experience.
At first you taste sweet, but then the heat comes on strong. Immediately it makes you want more sweet, so you take another bite. Soon enough, your friends will rush over to have some before you finish it all yourself.
This jam is great on wings, salmon, and with soft cheeses like Brie. Even add it to a charcuterie board for some unexpected heat!

This deep, rich jam is the perfect accompaniment to steak night. It will enhance everything from an ice cream sandwich to chia seed pudding. Ribbon it into a cheesecake for a more colorful and flavorful experience. This is also ideal for batch cocktails. Mix your jam with the whiskey of your choice, add bitters, some citrus, then serve with orange and cherry to garnish. Its depth of flavor is a perfect complement to the heavier meats and rich cheeses you find on a charcuterie board!
